Craig was born in Santa Maria, California while the family was stationed at Vandenberg Air Force base, but he was raised in Midland and is also a graduate of Midland High School. He attended both Southern Methodist University and Austin Community College before returning to Midland to embark on a retail career in fine menswear. Craig joined our real estate team in 2003 after a twenty year retail career that culminated in his ownership of a store bearing his name, Craig Aldridge Menswear. A known people person, Craig made a seamless transition into real estate and was even named Rookie of the Year by the Permian Basin Board of Realtors in 2004. In 2013, Craig was elected by the public as the Permian Basin’s Favorite Realtor for that year. Craig also has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation (ABR). He is married to Lauren, a retired MISD school teacher. They are members of First Presbyterian Church where he is a past Elder and past chairman of the St. Andrews Mission. He enjoys golf, travel, and has a new rescue King Charles Cavalier Spaniel named Lucca.
