Claire was born in Midland and is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Midland High School. When she returned to Midland as a newlywed, she owned a stationery and invitation business called Midland Secretariat for seven years. She sold that business and joined the family team in residential real estate sales after becoming licensed in 1999. Claire began her career working with her mother, Roberta Aldridge, at one of Midland’s premiere brokerages at the time called Langston Realtors. Later, Roberta helped to found a firm called Real Estate One, and Claire has been part of Real Estate One ever since. In 2019, Claire took over the reins as broker of their family group at Real Estate One. Now in her 21st year of real estate, Claire is carrying on the tradition of excellence in Midland real estate. Claire is married to Doug, an independent Certified Petroleum Landman, Midland Lee HS grad, Texas A&M grad, UT grad, and native Midlander. They have two grown children who both graduated from Trinity School of Midland as well as Texas A&M University. Claire is a member of the Permian Basin Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors Association, First Presbyterian Church, and is a past member of the Junior League of Midland, the Trinity Parents Association, and the Trinity All Sports Booster Club. Her interests include photography, history, and sports. Claire’s real estate designations include Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), advanced digital marketing certificate (e-PRO), and the Pricing Specialist designation (PSA).
